This location is great!

I went there for some cigars for my dad’s birthday and was helped by Tony, who took his time helping to explain the different types and brands of cigars, how they’re made, where they’re from, the different sizes, and flavor profiles etc. He assisted me in finding the perfect ones to surprise my dad with. They were a huge hit and my dad said they were very fresh and great brands. Huge selection of cigars and I even grabbed some scratch offs to sweeten the birthday pot (he won $50!).

I do not frequent smoke shops or cigar stores, and was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful every member of the staff was from the minute I walked in the door. I’m not sure what I expected upon entry, but the friendly greetings and specialized service I received here exceeded all expectations.

The staff at this location go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful! Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and they never make you feel rushed or like your an imposition, which is the retail experience that seems to be becoming more commonplace these days.

The owner, Tony, is always personable and greets repeating customers by name, giving this little smoke shop that quaint feeling as a beloved, local gem.

They are always stocked up and make great suggestions when shopping. The cigar selection is superb and I would very much recommend stopping in to check out their humidor if you’re in the market for some fine stogies.

The local Wild Bills, on Ryan and Chicago , is the way a local barbershop, or a neighborhood tavern, used to be back in the day. All my neighbors go there, It’s because of Tony , and his crack team , Billy and Brendan. Solid , friendly guys, who always say thank you. I’ve been in there a thousand times, just like every one else in this part of Warren. It’s my favorite place to buy my essentials.
