Purchased a pen style vape under the false pretense that it was a compatible with Salt Nic. After discovering the device was NOT compatible, I went back to return the item (left approx 10-15mins prior). Before I had a chance to explain the entire situation, I was denied by the store manager/owner and rudely made aware of the “all sales final” sign. He even used a hand gesture as if shooing me away.

The younger employee apologized as I was exiting the store, at least acknowledging the situation. Obviously I will not be returning to this establishment.

THIS IS NOT BLUE MOON. They're new owners, but using the old name. The real Blue Moon is next to Great Clips in the strip mall across from Walmart.

Edit: The employee was very polite. However, the products he suggested were absolutely disgusting. The Mango Madness melts into a baby-food consistency and didn't work for me or my partner. The Dragonfruit Passion works, but you have to take multiple, and the aftertaste is awful. I can't even describe it.
