I had to order over the phone twice because, the first time they hung up on me. Then when I called back, it was hard to make out what the lady was saying as if she was standing 10 feet away from the phone. I told her that I wanted chicken Lo Mein and shrimp Chow Mein. The lady mentioned something about cabbage over the phone, but again, it was hard to make out what she was saying so I just assumed that they didn’t have any cabbage so I just said that I was fine because, I’ve gotten chow Mein there before, and noodles came with it. After, ordering over the phone they never told me the sum of the price, nor asked for a name, and didn’t even give me a wait time. They just hung up on me again. So, what was feeling like taking a shot in the dark, I drove up there after 15 minutes to get my food. After getting my food, I realized that one of the containers were leaking like crazy. I found that odd because noodles don’t leak fluids like that. As I opened up the container I seen that there was just cabbage and shrimp in the container. I took the food back, and the clerk was super nice, she asked me if they may be able to switch it out. So she went into the back, and when the owner came out she was visibly angry, and started yelling at me and saying that I should know what I ordered. They took the food back, and replaced it with shrimp lo Mein at half price. This is the worst customer service...
Read moreMy co-workers and I decided to order from Hong Kong, we wanted to split 12 crab rangoon..... the food arrived and we were missing three crab rangoon and I called them to say hey I paid for extra crab rangoon. The lady on the phone was telling me she was looking at my ticket and i had right amount and i was telling her no we didnt. The women on the phone began to argue with me and eventually started screaming at me..... I have never been more appalled by a service that treats their customers this way. By the end of our phone call she ended up telling me I then owed her money cause we got more crab ran goon than was paid for...... I had asked to speak to someone who was above her then she had told me she was the manager...... I could not believe this women who expects to get more business had treated one of her own loyal clients, all this women had to do was say Mame how can i fix this, any gesture would have been nice...... Due to your lack of customer service there is about twenty people now by word of mouth and my co-workers that will not be returnung their business with you...... The white gentlemen that did call us back and made it up to us by bringing us more crab ran goon and apologized for any wrong doing that had taken place..... thank you to someone who knew what they were doing in customer...
Read morePurchased cashew chicken today to dine in. I absolutely have been there many times including dine in. I was in town and feeling nostalgic. No issues I paid and asked where I could get fountain water. The gentleman told me they didn’t have any. I had asked for water with the meal. He told me to get it out of the case. Then his mom came over after I had drank out of it and insisted I paid for it. She said when I paid for my meal I didn’t pay for it even though he told me to get it. When I would not pay for it she took the water I had already drank out of (I told her I had) she put it back in the cooler. Be aware I have a cough. I said I didn’t feel comfortable dining in and asked for a box and a fork. She laughed and refused to give me a fork. I thought maybe she misunderstood and I asked again for a fork which I did get. Weird experience. Was my fav place when I lived in Concordia, Warrensburg, and Knob since I like their cashew chicken. Maybe it was a language barrier but he specifically told me to get water from the cooler. When I got the cup instead he told me no and put it back. So IDK? Don’t drink the open water out of the cooler....
