Dollar General — Local services in Warrensburg

The store is ok.. I shop there because its the only place I can get Coca cola in a glass bottle. The bottles require a bottle opener as they are not twist off but they don't have a bottle opener at check out. I Have asked sooooo many times. They simply refuse to take one off the shelf. I have made it more than clear to all employee's, that I would buy at least two per day. They keep them on the shelf and in a small cooler. The cooler is never cool, and there is rarely one in it. I have asked at least 30 times if they could, stock it, turn the temp down, and supply a cheap bottle opener. One employee tried to open it on the counter. He wasn't able to and I am surprised it didn't break. I shop for other things as well... Dollar General is no dollar store. I finally found another mini mart that carries the cokes I want... as many as I want, and Ice cold. They also have a bottle opener at check out. As far as everything else? DollarTree is a real dollar store, with alot more... and has my business. What a rip off . Even...

What a disaster of a store! I am a former dollar general employee so I know what standards they hold their stores to and this place is awful. Shelves stocked at random, no rhyme or reason to the items on many of the aisles. Crowded, unkempt, and inaccessible due to the placement of rolltainers and tables in the aisles. I'm not sure who runs this store but I genuinely think that they need to pull it together. The man that I saw running the register today was completely overwhelmed and had no support. No managers would come in to help amd he is the only one there. You guys are a team and I think the store manager needs to think things through with how they are running...
