DO NOT OPEN A CHARGE ACCOUNT HERE!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! ACCOUNTING IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! Marvin's only care about one thing: MONEY!!! My husband and I bought materials for our business renovation project at Marvin's Home Center. We opened an account, had the material delivered, finished the project and paid the outstanding balance. To our surprise, someone added materials to our account after the project was complete causing an outstanding balance. We requested a sit down meeting with accounting to go over the receipts and they were not able to provide receipts for the added material but insisted that we must pay the remaining balance. We refused. Accounting then started mailing statements to the wrong address for several months without our knowledge. Since the statements were not being paid (because they were being mailed to the wrong address even though Marvin's knew and delivered to our business address previously) Marvin's then decided to send the $300.00 invoice to collections which resulted in our credit being damaged. As an added bonus, the people working in accounting are an absolute basket case, incredibly rude and disrespectful. Cooper was so helpful when we desperated needed a couple sheets of plywood and cut one in half for us and to fix our signs that were cardboard and jjst just didnt work on a very windy day! He saved us! We bought spray paint and quickly recovered with new and better signs!

Friendly staff. The inventory they keep on hand is unreliable however. One day they have it, then will be out of stock for months.
