Do not stay at this noisy useless hotel. Horrid experience.

Woken up by train horn at 2am and 3am

Woken up by housekeeping vacuuming in the hallway twice at 9am

Called the front desk to have them tell housekeeping to stop vacuuming the hallway. Vacuuming stopped for a couple minutes and then resumed.

I walked out into the hallway and told the man vacuuming he needed to go somewhere else multiple times until he stopped.

Woken up at 11am by the front desk telling me I needed to leave, I told them I requested a late checkout the night before and I would be leaving immediately.

Went to the front desk to explain how horrible the experience was, was informed Scott was not available and they didn't know who his supervisor was. They had one excuse after another for the poor service.

Other notes:

The sinks splashes all over the counter due to the location of the faucet. Dirty sock found under bed. Hair tie in the corner of the room. 4 long black hairs in corner next to shower. Trash under the...

We stayed here 2 nights. The man at check in was great. He was friendly and full of helpful info. The digital key wasn’t working. The pool area and fitness room was better than most. The bar was nice and food was ok. The first morning we woke to the fire alarm going off. No info on what was going on was given. The lady at the front desk didn’t even make eye contact so we went outside and waited for the fire department to get there which took a while. The room was clean and comfortable. The same lady was at the front desk when we checked out. She was digging in her purse. When she finally looked up and saw us she didn’t say anything. Just looked at us. I told her we were checking out. She asked for my name. Looked it up. Asked if I wanted a copy. Then went back to her purse. I hope they get the digital check in and out up and running so the lady can find whatever she was looking for...

We were traveling with another couple (on motorcycles) to visit the Northwest Angle but decided to stay here. This may be the best Hampton we have stayed at (and we travel a lot - Diamond level). They have a restaurant and bar on property. The first night they were having an event for the town (Tacos and Tequila) and the place was packed! The tacos were really good! Lisa was constantly doing something and checking on everyone. We thought she was one of the restaurant staff because she was working the food area and cleaning tables and talking to everyone. But it turns out she was the hotel manager! Seemed like she was always there (we stayed two nights). She was so attentive to everyone and really made us feel so welcome there. Hotel in general and rooms specifically were very clean. Kudos to Lisa for running a top...

The staff vacuumed outside our room at 8am, twice. After the first time, I notified front desk. It happened again the next morning, same person. I even opened the door (both mornings) and gave an “are you really doing this now”? glance, but those were missed cues. Hot tub was broken, so that was a bummer. Clean hotel. Hockey room is nice feature. Friendly staff. Three stars because hotel staff being responsible for sleep interruption each day is just unacceptable. Otherwise, great place.

There is not a better Hotel in that area. This place is so nice! The rooms were clean with beautiful finishes. You’ll notice I added a pic of the iron. That’s because it as friggin awesome! Not a $5 Walmart special. The complimentary breakfast was actually good and there’s a pizza restaurant/bar that my traveling companions enjoyed. Stay here! You’ll be happy you did!
