What a cute ice cream shop!! The line was almost out the door. The wait staff's uniforms are adorable and fit the theme of the place. They were very kind, helpful, and worked quickly to keep up with all the customers filing in. Not to mention, they have the cutest little play ice cream stand for the kiddos to play with, complete with an apron and hat, so cute!! They also have board games for older kids/adults to play with. Brought my kids to Scoops a week ago while in town. It was busy, but that was expected. The workers had a great routine down and they knew what they were doing and kept the line moving. We loved the set up, retro feel and a kids play area. Very cool. I give four stars because they were out of vanilla soft serve and they also don't offer malts/shakes every day they are open. I was disappointed and needed to change my order. I ended up getting a hard scoop, which was fine. I'll definitely try them again - on a different day of the week so I can order...
