Severe fire hazard!! We bought a stackable washer and dryer from Aaron’s back in March 2023. Dryer did not work when we received it, so they eventually sent someone out to fix the part that didn’t work. The dryer still did not run 100% and we were having to dry our clothes 2-3 times. We then decided to replace the hose to see if that would help, and in doing that noticed the pipe leading into the back of the dryer was loose, so we took the back off and saw the medal pipe was never even connected inside of the dryer and has been blowing lint all inside of the dryer. This is a huge fire hazard and I thank god it did not catch on fire. We will never buy from Aaron’s again and advise anyone else instead of buying used, go through Menards or Lowe’s, you can get a brand new appliance with the same monthly payments and you are not putting your family and...

Due to a sudden medical need, was interested in renting a piece of furniture. Although I was treated nicely by the store floor clerk, and my information was taken with a request from me to be contacted, and a followup call from me about the same, nothing ever happened.
