Anderson Florist and Greenhouse — Local services in Warsaw

I went to buy my yearly wreath for my parents' graveside. This makes my 7th year to buy from Andersons. The customer service is still amazing but the product was not the typical. The wreath was not as full as years past and needles were dropping. The price was too high for the quality. I went ahead and purchased the wreath but it was with hesitation and some buyer's remorse. I simply don't have the time to shop around. I am happy to support local merchants and I have always left Andersons with a tear in my eye of how beautiful the wreath for my parents' graveside was. But this year was disappointing. Hopefully they can find better suppliers for next year. They are like everyone else with supplies not being available or of quality, but the price point needs lowered to match the quality. The staff is amazing and the service is always above expectations. Overpriced, poor service, bad quality.

We had a terrible experience with this team. A couple of months ago, we purchased a set of 3 succulents and a cactus and had it arranged in a plant pot for $65. In just a couple of weeks, one succulent died and a few days later, we noticed a lot of mold / fungus under another one of the succulents. Upon Anderson Florist's suggestion, we had them replace the soil. This costed us about $12. Just a week after this, another succulent died. We noticed that there was still a considerable amount of fungus in the soil. They may not have replaced the soil properly, or may have filled in an old or used soil, which probably was already infected with fungus ($12 for this btw).

Never going back to this place again. PS - They had a small Rubber plant for $45. We got the exact same plant, bigger than what they had, for $15...

Went in the Wednesday before Valentine's Day to order flowers to pickup Sunday. Everyone was so helpful and I took WAY too much of their time just chatting with them! They said they would pull the flowers that day (so they weren't sold before VDay) and have them ready for me to pickup when I came in! I had completely forgotten about picking them up but on Sunday before they closed, I received a call from one of the owners asking if I was going to be in. I ran over there, picked up the BEAUTIFUL arrangement they had put together, and was blessed again by great conversation! My wife loved the flowers and I was so grateful for the service! Thank you Anderson's! Our dining room smells great with your flowers and they always last way longer than the grocery store...
