Called before driving 5 mins just to make sure they were open to the public the manager said they were and there was a lane available. Showed up and the lady said we don’t have any lanes available even though there were 4-6 not being used. I let her know I was the one who just called and she told me there was lanes and it would have been nice if she let me know they didn’t and she slammed her phone down on the counter and said I guess we’ll put you on lane 4 in front of my three small children scaring them. Went to have fun with family and friends, was basically asked to leave with no warning which is wild since it was a black family of 5 plus me & my son. (3 kids all together) Yes we were getting kinda loud but so was the other customers on the whole other side of the room. No one was drunk, no one was fighting or being rude at all... some cussing at the game but nothing crazy that the other customers weren't doing themselves. Should've known it was gonna be this experience in a small town.... next time definitely going...

Customer service Is awful! When my daughter walked up to the counter to see how many tickets were on her card the kid working was cleaning the glass display. When he saw us he said out loud " great I just cleaned this ". Then when she picked a toy she asked how many tickets were left on her card and he told her and rolled his eyes.
