I really wish there was a negative star rating oh, because I would definitely use it for Buffalo Wild Wings located and Warsaw Indiana. So we all know we have a snow storm last night I call in a carry-out order drive over pick my food up, then when I get home which is about 20 minutes away I realized it's not my order. I call in and they tell me that's too bad they'll get me a food credit I said no I'll come back and get the food that I ordered. I told them I wanted fresh food not the wings that have been sitting and they're warmer for the last 45 minutes. Once I get there they hand me the wings and tell me that they're fresh well I watch them take them out of the warmer so I knew they weren't so I refused those wings and told them I wanted fresh wings. I wanted some type of refund partial half some type of food credit for the inconvenience and the manager told me he was not allowed to do that. I have him call his manager which he was very reluctant to do oh, and his manager KARL LUU. Not sure of the exact spelling of the last name told him he did not want to be bothered that the phone call was an inconvenience to him. I asked the manager to call him back but I would like to speak to him and he refused to do so handed me my food and told me to leave. I called Karl today, and after a 15 second conversation was told that I was no longer welcomed as a patron and they would be calling the cops and having me trespassed from there restaurants. So instead of trying to make things right instead of offering some type of reimbursement, they chose to call the cops and put a trespass warning on me. In my opinion that is piss poor management, I typically get carry out two or three times a week from them. That I also forget to mention that once I got home and finally got my wings but they were quills in the wings and a few of them had underdeveloped feathers oh, I'm not saying that that is their fault but they need a better quality control when it comes to cooking their wings. So if you're looking for a place that doesn't care about their customers, or if you decide to dine in and feel like waiting an hour plus oh, then this is the place for you. If you want a place with Speedy service that cares about repeat customers then I would definitely advise going nowhere near this place. Read moreOrdered online at 8pm. Order was set to be ready at 820pm. Seen they were a little busy so when we got to the store to pick up gave them till 835. Came in and there's was a full lobby and servers coming in and out. Spoke to three people giving them my name for the order. The third person went back and asked and they said that my order was 4th in line. Went outside waited for 15 minutes. Came back in at 855 and then was told my order was the last ticket. I then went out and grabbed my phone brought up my receipt and headed back in to show the time and ask for the manager. The time is now 915 and the manager says she can't do a refund because it would to 5-7 business days because it was a credit card order. And that it's just "one order I can wait".....so with that being said. I'm over buffalo wild wings and the pathetic service that they give. The people below the managers servers cooks hostess deserves a better work environment and better management. Servers are constantly over worked and under prepared for their shifts. Management is never around to help only at the bar on their phones. There's cameras and your head of company can see them and yet do nothing. If your store is swamped and getting buried you should be doing everything in your power to get them through it.The heads of this company need to come and actually revaluate this store and there management team...oh probably should come with out calling.....or they act more prepared. This was a bogo night. And I ordered 2 bogos. I should have received 60 wings and I only received 30. I would like a refund on half of my order and with that being said I will take this matter up with customer service and...
Read moreThe worst service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Arrived to pick up our carry out online order to then be told it would be another 15 minutes. Receive my food and realize that I’m missing a meal. Checked what I did receive and the nachos we ordered were missing condiments and had bacon thrown on them. Bacon doesn’t even come on the nachos. The young woman that was working the pick up counter was unprofessional, rude, and seemed irritated when I asked for a new order of nachos. The second order of nachos only had cheese on them. After I questioned the lack of toppings on the nachos, the young woman then told me it was my fault my order was messed up because I ordered online. Mind you, I had called after I placed my online order to ensure that the two modifications I requested were received. After 35 minutes, I finally got in my car with my order to head home.
As I’m pulling out of the parking lot, the young man who was working alongside the young woman at the pick up counter comes outside and tells me to come back inside because I didn’t pay for my online order which I had, in fact, paid for. Once inside, I was told that I needed to pay for the additional “add ons”. These “add ons” consisted of 2 sides of ranch that I had asked for while waiting for the second set of corrected nachos, a total of $.69!
The wait time didn’t bother me much. I would have easily looked passed the mix up on my nachos. It was the rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and unprofessional service that I received from these two individuals that made this not so great experience the worst experience I’ve ever had at...
