This was such a terrible experience. The pedicure took only 15 minutes which was unusually quick, but the man made me so uncomfortable during the manicure. He filed my nails and buffed the top, then began painting without cleaning them. I quickly noticed there was lots of visible debris (raised spots, random spots showing through the polish) and asked him if we could get those out. He said it was my nails. I apologized and said I am sure it’s debris stuck on my nails, not my nails. He raised his voice and then went on to say he’s doing his best and if I was there to get a free manicure then fine, I wouldn’t have to pay. I assured him I wanted to pay and that was not what was going on, but he refused to fix them or take the polish off when I asked because I just wanted to get out of there after he got mad at me and wouldn’t fix anything. He told me it was my fault I picked a bad color and just kept going. I attached example pictures but I have an open cut, random bubbles, bumps, a random sparkle and ragged edges that need to be refiled. It was dirty to boot- there were clipped nails on the table from someone previous. I’ve never ever had a nail experience this - please use caution...

When people say that the man who works here is rude, made them feel uncomfortable, said that they have “ugly nails” or that his poor job is because “you chose an ugly color,” it is absolutely true. The same thing happened to me. He did such a visibly poor job on my nails that I asked him to fix them. When I did that, he very roughly took the color off my nails, threw the other samples at me and told me me it looked bad because I chose an ugly color and that I asked for my nails to be too short. I drive an hour to get my nails done here and here only. I have tried places closer to my new home but they were way more expensive and not as nice as US nails. Most the times when go in I have a picture of what I would like and I’ve never been disappointed. Reading some of the bad reviews on here I just want to say that when you are a walk in customer you come after the people who are scheduled. The world does not revolve around you.
