I read about the good reviews but when I went I had to play for my 6 year old to not even skate. She sat with my mom the whole time so I asked if I had to pay for everyone they said not just the kids like what???? Why do I have to pay for my kid to not even skate but just sit there with my mom and not pay for my mom to sit there??? Also the workers acted like they didn't care. Brings back great memories, the sounds, lighting and skate floor is amazing, but the arcade room is sadly out of shape. Most of the games are no longer functional and in working order, and are taped off. I'm no longer confident in my ability to stay upright on skates, so I enjoy spending my time playing in the game room while the kid prefers to skate. very terrible customer service. the workers on the floor were extremely rude. one of the staff member ran in to a girl because he was going too fast and knocked her down and didn't help her up. also when my grandmother had to use the restroom before the next hours opened up they were very hesitant about letting her past the ticket counter. i also think that the entire facility is very dirty. think what you may but that was a pretty horrible experience for it being a...
