It is very important I post this company s driver Nelson who i knew from another company delighted to see arrive to tow my car. Not only did dispatch listen to me but Nelson went above and beyond showed up asap after an hour expectation . I HAVE SPECIAL I LOOP BATTERRIES IN MY mazdas they are expensive 900 plus and it is not reccomended that a tradional jump to charge. These batteries must be charged at your dealership connectors off sometimes in pans of water and reconnected .... its a process as he wanted to jump my car he listened and did not.... tripple A last company did not listen and " jumped" my battery ruining its internal cells after shorting out other wiring that the fuses i had needed to be replaced. With this said it becomes costly when a person thinks they know what to do rather than listen to you about the vehicle you own . NOT ONLY Pleasant Courteous time managed he was off with my car in a jiffy. Unfortunately I had to put the car on the truck from the driveway where it took another few minutes but he did not complain not even in his body language where you can tell someone is aggrivated. He went did his job more with a hop skip n jump.... called to let me know the car was delivered safely.... From this post I can only hope othet drivers dont take our cars for granite . Everyone should take lessons from Nelson. Best expetience I ever had outside my speed dial with Brothers but now Im a Tripple A customer and they are no longer a vendor. I want to give a big THANK YOU to Chris and Joe!! My sister and I were riding our bikes. Her bike broke down at a stop light and we had to push it into a parking lot. She called roadside assistance and they scheduled one of their towing companies to come out. There was up to a 2 hour time of arrival that would be put the arrival time about 10:15p. Around 10:30p she called roadside back because the tow truck never showed up. Come to find out, the tow company cancelled the service request 3 minutes after it was placed advising they don't pick up motorcycles any more and never informed roadside assistance or us! This was after 3 confirmation emails from the towing company! By now it's 11pm and everything is closed. We called around and got these ridiculous prices with 3-4 hour wait times. I called Quality and spoke to Chris. I explained what happened and we'd been stuck since around 7:30. Chris managed to have his tow guy Joe, pick up a flatbed and get to us about an hour later. Joe took care with making sure my sister's bike was secure..she rides a Victory. We were less than 5 miles from home and Joe even helped us get the bike into the garage. I had to get a tow truck last Friday, June 13th, due to my car not being able to shift gears with some type of electrical problem. I put in a claim through Geico, my insurance company, and was assigned to Quality Towing NJ very quickly. Within a few minutes after that, I was contacted via text message letting me know the driver, Andii, was on her way and would be there within 45 minutes. It only took about 10-20 minutes until Andii called me to confirm my address and that she was only 12 minutes away. When Andii arrived, she was extremely professional and walked around my car with me discussing the issue. She then was able to quickly get my car up on the tow truck safely and efficiently. When that was completed, she let me know the car was secure and we were ready to take me and my car to the dealer's service center. Our drive to the service center was easy and Andii got me there safely and quickly. Andii was extremely professional and personable the entire time. When we arrived at the service center, she safety and securely dropped my car off with a service member at the dealership.
