Capital One Bank — Local services in Washington

I hate this branch and stopped going. I prefer Georgetown. At spring valley, The young man and the older lady who work there are so full of themselves. They make about $50K and have the nerve to make backhanded comments and make it difficult to get services . for example, demanding I change my address for services even though i have two separate residences in NY and DC. The older woman (manager) asked me what i do for a living because she is nosey. I am self-employed and work in and mentioned finance. She was SO shocked, and it was because I was NOT "melanin challenged" and match the typical demographic in spring valley.

It's going to take generations before America...

Avoid Naheed (the notary and msg) at all costs! She is extremely obtuse, makes things unnecessarily difficult, and very inappropriately scrutinizes people with disabilities. She will phone back, which is more than a lot of bank employees do. Also, capital one doesn’t let you make appointments, so be prepared to wait around for hours before you're subjected to Naheed’s impossible scrutiny (they only validate parking...
