DMV Home Inspections — Local services in Washington

I am utterly disappointed in the service that was rendered to my family by this sorry excuse of a company. I’ve been trying to contact their company for a month because I am scheduled to close on a house but no one has responded to me or my husband! They conducted an overall inspection but did not render the results of the mold or radon test like we requested and paid for. Obviously the results are important to determine if we should move forward in the name of protecting our respiratory health since we have elderly family members and a young toddler. Stay away from hiring this company at all cost in the name of your sanity because they are a huge disappointment and their lack of responsiveness will negatively compromise your real estate transaction. Owner of company told the client he was sending inspection report same day then doesn't. Then ignored clients calls the next day. Then sends report 4am the following day only after I said something after nothing was sent the following day as promised. then the following day he was already booked for a different lead inspection..no call no show for lead inspection then changes the price to almost double when I finally do talk to him afterwards. I'm new to this, but that was no problem for the people from DMV. I needed to get my locks done and my home inspected and I needed this done quickly, and yes price was a MAJOR concern.
