They're never open for the community. Anytime my children and I tried to go there it's always an excuse. They're having a meeting, computer lab closed today, the gym is closed to the public today. This happened on more then 10 occasions. Not to mention, no one is ever inside the rec center other then the lazy employees. They are very rude, unprofessional and ghetto!! To anyone reading this. Please don't waste your time going here. Take your family...

Fort Stanton Recreation Center has personally served well Senior Citizens. There are classes, activities and programs which educate and entertain groups of Women, Men and Youth. During the Summer months the pool is open for use and the hours to swim are Great the only negative is the lack of off Street parking, most especially the lack of parking for the elderly and...

My daughter attended her very first summer camp at Fort Stanton Rec Center! Mr. Joe and the rest of Fort Stanton summer camp team and recreation center staff were so kind and gracious.
