Professional massage therapy service in a lovely studio. Massage Therapist MJ went over my pre-assessment (completed online), and asked questions about ongoing pain. MJ described the session in advance ("May I apply pressure therapy to problem points?", "Feel free to tell me if pressure is too soft or too deep", etc). Communication was very good throughout, and pressure was adjusted instantly if needed. Knots and muscles were given directed and extended attention.

In the post-assessment MJ went over some problem areas that could benefit from more work, but I was not pressured to make ongoing appointments. MJ is very friendly with a great attitude, skilled fingers, and unsurpassed therapist technique. I liked that he talks using easy to understand words, not using confusing jargon.

I was unfamiliar with the area of the studio, so I took almost every possible wrong turn, arriving a bit late to my appointment. But MJ was un-rushed during our session. Ample, safe street parking.

Mr. M.J.(Squire Massage), thank you, thank you! Frankly, I've had a rough (3) months, body, soul and heart. I wasn't taking care of myself. Squire Massage kept in contact i.e. (returning client) reminders, FB post, health advice and recently, suggestions for men over 50. I finially gave in yet justified it like a distraction. Wow! I'm a little sore. But, I feel excellent. I know what I hadn't done for my own well-being and the toxin w/i my body. Everything was just right, warm table, hot towels, non greasy lotions, pressure and specifis, soft background music...etc or everything you'd expect from a professional, hi-end masseur! MJ does an amazing job to address my muscle stress points and knots. I've been to him three times for two hour sessions and each time, the knots and stresses are taken care of, with minimal pain. He also provide deep tissue pressure on areas that need to relax. After a session, I am poured off the table, as my muscles feel very fluid. He keeps the room at the perfect temperature, as I never feel cold or feel drafts on areas that he is working on. However, those two hours fly by and always leaves me wanting more.
