Dc Phone Repair — Local services in Washington

I went in for water damage.I ONLY WENT TO THIS 1DUE TO MY FAV WHICH IS NOT TOO FAR FROM THIS STORE WAS CLOSED. I ALREADY HEARD THIS STORE WASNT TOO GOOD BUT I WAS IN A RUSH. WHEN I GAVE THEM MY PHONE IT JUST HAD WATER DAMAGE. WHEN I GOT MY PHONE BACK , MY PHONE WAS CRACKED,SCREEN KEEPS COMING UP,CAM NOR FLASH WORKS ANYMORE.(MIND U THE STORE I NORMALLY GO TO FIX IT B4 ,SAME DAMAGED.AND NEVER HAD ISSUES AFTER)MY ENTIRE PHONE IS BEYOND BROKE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I WENT BACK TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON, I THEN ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE WASNT THERE.SO ONCE I START GOING OFF , THE PERSON THERE THENNN SAID HE WAS A MANAGER N SAID HIS NAME WAS JON.WHICH IM SURE HE WAS LYING BECAUSE FROM THE TIME I STEPPED IN IT WAS LIES.SO I REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR MANAGER NAME AND NUMBER AND THEN THEY STARTED TALKING ANOTHET LANGUAGE WHERE ANOTHER CUSTOMER WALKED IN. I TOLD THAT CUSTOMER WHAT HAPPENED AND SAVE THEIR MONEY AND GUIDED THEM TO THE STORE I NORMALLY GO TO SO THEY WOULDNT STEAL ANYONE ELSE MONEY. I EVEN SAID I DIDNT WANT MY MONEY BACK JUST FIX MY PHONE.AND COULDNT DO THAT.MY SCREEN AS OF NOW IS STILL POPPING UP.DO NOOTTTTT GO TO THIS STORE.THERES ONE DOWN THE ST FROM THEM BY THE SAFEWAY,GO THERE.!!!!WAIT TIL THEY OPEN,BUT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!THEY OVER CHARGE AND BREAKS YOUR PHONE WORSE.!!!!!! Went into the store desperately needing my screen replaced on a old Galaxy S10. The two guys offered to price match what another stores price. My phone ended up needing a new battery because the old battery wouldn't hold a charge. The guys were nice enough to include the battery in the quoted screen repair fee because I didn't have the additional money. These guys really helped me get out of a jam since I really needed my phone. I definitely will be visiting this store to pay them for the battery when I return to the area. They repaired my phone and it was cracked within 30min without even having to drop it. I called and he told me to bring it in to inspect it. After inspecting it the guy stated “I can see that it wasn’t dropped but because of physical damage he can’t repair it unless I pay $75”.
