Came here during my lunch break to get a simple French with Acrylic. I left 2 hours later with this. My nails are literally bleeding, I’m late for work and she would not understand that she over filed my nails to the point they were sore. She filed my nails for over an hour. When I left and my nails dried, they looked like glue, blood and a bit of French. I’m writing this review because literally being cheap will cost them. She tried to give me $5 back after I paid $80 for the service and $5 in tip. To me that was extremely disrespectful. Because that wasn’t a discount on the service. I didn’t HAVE to give her a tip. When I expressed that it wasn’t a discount she gave me $10 to come back for any service. My nails are literally bleeding. I don’t live in the area and could never come back. I have never had this experience before and never in my life received any money back for a manicure. This by far has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It’s not even about the money it’s that I spent well over 2 hours which should have NEVER taken that long and the only thing they thought to do was give me $5 on the service and have her pick at my nails more and more and essentially do nothing about the issue.

I went here a couple times in the winter and had disappointing experiences both times. The first time I went I had an appointment with a specific tech. The tech arrived late and then began my nails however then they switched techs and had me go to the space downstairs with a male tech alone. It was strange and eerie down there. The second time I went, I waited about 45 minutes (no appointment) then my manicure took over an hour. Two of the extensions were crooked and when I mentioned it the tech told me that was just because I had crooked fingers and she wasn’t going to fix it. That dip manicure didn’t last more than a week. When I went back to get it fixed, the staff seemed irritated. The owner is kind but it seems like if you aren’t one of their regulars you get pushed to the side. If you’re looking for a salon in the neighborhood, go to Buddie’s Salon a couple blocks over. Photo - one week after getting it done.

Rushed job! I came here to get a full set acrylic with gel nail polish. The work was done as I asked however the finishing touches were done so poorly. Definitely not worth the $70! The nail technician seems in such a rush to finish, she did not bother to check if the nail color was going through to the edges of the nail. The color was applied so lightly, despite the fact that the color was a darker shade and I told her to apply a proper coat. In addition to that, my nails are naturally squoval shaped and I asked her to do a rounded shape, which I understand can be difficult, but she did not take the time to round out the sides. The service was way too rush and keep in mind that I came in at 6:30, with maybe 1 more person after me, and they close at 8. If only they spent a bit more time cleaning up the nails then rushing through. Save your money and go somewhere that isn’t going to just rush through.

Moral of the story: Horrible place, please save your money and don’t go here. First off, one of my toe nails literally came off and the lady kept scraping and scrubbing my feet super hard. Then, when it was time for my gel manicure, she used a polish that would not dry with the UV and had to start all over again. So, not only did my toe nail hurt like crazy, I had been there for hours, but my finger nails were now super weak after going through UV/nail tools multiple times. I politely asked for a discount at the end, also because my finger nails came out horribly, and they wanted to argue saying “Oh no she worked really hard for them.” Not to mention, people would come in and out and the salon people make them sit and wait knowing there’s no one available for a while. I saw people with literal appointments wait forever because they’re super understaffed and can’t keep up with bookings/walk ins. I already hate getting my nails done so this was actually an awful experience. Save yourself, go...
