I was in this gaint on Sunday February 23,2025. I purchased 100$ worth of groceries. I got outside walking to my car and unarmed security came to me and yelled for me to comeback in the store because āhe seen me change a price on something. I stated to him everything in my cart was paid for and I have my receipt and the cashier i went to at the register can also attest to this. He was very disrespectful and grabbed my cart out my hand an walked back into the store. With all my paid groceries and receipt in the cart. i called the manager an i havenāt heard back i also never received my refund so i had to dispute charge for fraud with my bank. Never will i ever return back to this unprofessional Gaint. 0 customers service and accountability for customers. Avoid this Gaint spend your money else where. Security guard company is unprofessional and crooks as well.For them to ever think this behavior is ok for the community that keeps them employed is unacceptable. I called this store everyday for three days and talked to two managers nothing was done I also was on hold for over 20 minutes on Wednesday waiting for corporate number and i still donāt have it. All these calls with no outcome or support/solution. It really upsets me because neither manager I spoke with had no knowledge of this incident which fully informs me that an incident report wasnāt made and my groceries i paid for is gods know where thank goodness for my bank statements. Not outcome at all is very telling 8 calls in one day with out a single call back or answer. My bank had to pay for this issue which is insane....

1.This store never have any hand baskets available for pick up when entering the store!! Why should I have to walk up and down each register to see if there is an available one each and every time!
2.Regular checkout : Their cashiers are ALWAYS having conversation with each other while completing transactions. How rude!!! Clearly the management team doesn't care about proper training because they are just as unprofessional at the checkout lines. And CLEARLY there is no rules when it comes to certain piercings at the front end. Also, clean your belt! Who wants to place their foods on a filthy, sticky belt.
Self checkout lines : The volume is wayyyyyyy too loud. I wouldn't have an complaint if we were given the option like all other Giant stores to mute the volume. Also, there should be some sort of line blocker at the self check out so that others won't be right up on you while completing your transaction! Very uncomfortable
4.Employees in whole except for the Pharmacy... UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They are not good with food handling. Not good with speaking to customers. On their phones in the aisles and the list goes on.
Cleanliness : I'm in the produce aisle the majority of the time.. Things are sticky, dried up, soggy etc.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood Morning, I have been shopping at this Giant for 15 years because it's in my neighborhood. Normally I shop at Wholefoods, and would stop at this Giant to get items I ran out of. I went there yesterday to get about 6 items. I stopped there after getting off work with my work bag which is a backpack. The guard lady who was standing at the entrance said I can't take my backpack inside the store and I can leave it with her. Number one, why would I leave my backpack with someone I don't know and trust? I said okay and left to put my bag in my car. Now as I was leaving, I give my receipt to the guard guy and I saw an African American woman entering the store with a backpack. This same guard lady came quickly to the guy and said " you think I should tell her about that backpack?" I am standing there shocked. I didn't say anything and I left. The woman was allowed to continue on with her backpack. Now this begs the question, was I treated differently because of the way I looked? I don't do reviews but I felt like I need to, because of what I experienced yesterday. I have never had any issues while shopping at this store prior to yesterday 8/10.
