I went to the one on branch avenue first, which happens to be my favorite between the two locations because I always have a better customer experience there. Every time I visit the Alabama avenue location Iāve received negative and rude customer service.
So Wednesday was a long rough day for me, both my children just started school which already had me stressed and I lost a family member that day .
So after standing in line on my lunch break at your iverson mall location the staff informed me that they werenāt taking cash which was very inconvenient to me because I spent half my lunch break just driving to that location but even though it was bad news they werenāt rude so I was okay with it and just decided to try another location.
I went to your Alabama avenue location and after standing in line for 15+ minutes I read the sign and explained to the employee that I did not have exact change but my food was $20.18 and I had $21.00 on me and was willing to leave the change.
I had a long day and was very hungry. I had not ate at all that day. I believe the employees name was Aliyah she refused to serve me and was very rude and dismissive. She proceeded to serve the next customer as she told me to get out her line sheās not giving me any food if I didnāt have exact change.
I asked to speak to a manager and she responded she was the manager. I then asked for someone over her she responded there was nobody over her and pointed to the register and told me to take one of her business cards for a complaint. She claimed the business cards at the register had her name on it.
I walked to the register and waited a few minutes then asked to ask where the business cards were because there were none at the register! Aliyah ignored me and then yelled at the security guard I believe his name was Maylor I think to escort me out.
I was livid at that point because Iāve waisted an hour of my time on the clock and still didnāt eat anything yet! So the security guard steps to me and pulled his mask off his face while talking to me at only a 6 inch distance NOT 6FEET! He then leans and and says Iām going to have to escort you out. I asked him to pull his mask up and step away from me please because I didnāt know what he may have had and then I explained to him that I was waiting on the business card for aliyah then I would be leaving and I didnāt need him to touch me or escort me any where.
Aliyah then got louder and ruder which made me louder and angrier. I informed them that I would be reporting this to upper mana and Aliyah responded āI am managementā and the security guard responded āI donāt care because tomorrow is my last day!ā Which I found utterly disgusting and unprofessional for my own people to give me a hard time when life is hard enough.
Long story short Aliyah refused me service and refused to give me a business card to speak with someone regarding my concerns. Very rude never coming back to this location! Horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited today and ordered a chicken burrito to which I am sure wasnt added the standard amount of chicken, but I didnt contest that, though normally I would because I hate to be shorted in food. I then proceed to order chips and queso. When I asked about the questionable appearing queso I was informed by an employee that it had exceeded it's holding time, she said that "it's been sitting there all day since we opened". I agreed to purchase it only if they were able to discount the price, they agreed, but the tables turned when Iarrived to the register, so no chips no queso, that's fine. I made a partial payment with my debit card and cash. My change reaches the palm of my hand and its 4 cents short because they are out of "ALL" change except quartersš±šš¤š”How is that my fault and why the ** am I paying for it? They caught me in rare form today because normally under similar circumstances there woulda been a whole lotta people with black shirts on wearing tomatoes sour cream guacamole and queso. Get it together...Im taking this further than this thread. P.S., I ended up getting chips only and the joints stale as hellš..Well done East of the river Chipotle, if the goal is to upset and lose customers, you're well...

Then when I come in you can tell the meat was at the bottom of the tin and wasnāt fresh, so I requested fresh Al Pastor Chicken. The young lady who helped was nice. She then told the MOD/Supervisor that I requested it for him to then reply with āIām on break, get someone else to do itā & proceeded to walk outside to smoke Marijuana at the entrance of the chipotle next to the stairs. She came back to me with the rest of the Al pastor from the night before ( assuming because it was literally about 2 scoopers left at the bottom of the pan & she came from the back with it) I am extremely disappointed! I barely even come over that side of town for MULTIPLE reasons but definitely expected better only because it was the beginning of the day. The management team needs to be replaced with people whom actually care or at least pretend to want to satisfy the customers. However as they say. When people show you who they are....
