Subway — Restaurant in Washington

This is the worst Subway to DINE IN at. The EMPLOYEES are terrible. I ordered food and ate here on Thursday for lunch. I had to head to work after, so I brought my clothing to change into. I used the restroom once before I ate and then I wanted to use it again once I was done so that I could change into my uniform and touch up on my makeup. As I'm approaching the bathroom, three employees come from behind the counter and tell me that I can no longer use the bathroom again. I asked why not? I'm a paying customer, I just want to change and touch up my make up. He told me that if I wanted to do that, then I should GO HOME. Then they started asking how long I wanted to use the bathroom for. At this point I grew livid. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused. I asked who the owner was and they refused that as well. Then they said that I needed to leave or they would call the police on me. Call the police on me for what? For trying to use the bathroom at a place that I spent my money at? Or call the police on me for asking to speak to a manager for being treated poorly? It was absolutely unacceptable. And...

Terrible customer service! Never going back! I came in on a Friday night & I had a coupon for $8.99 for a footlong meal. You get a fountain drink & chips or cookies. I get there they have a sign that says the fountain drinks are out of order. I get my sub made, I get to the register to pay. The total says 10 & some change. 🤔 I’m confused as my coupon is only 8.99. Come to find out he was trying to charge me 50 cent extra for a bottle drink. Never informed me it would be a up charge!! Afterwards I pay, I ask for my cookies this ma talking about some I can’t get cookies & I have to get chips! Huh?? Who? Mind you it’s a whole display of baked cookies but he trying to say I can’t get the cookies because he put in the system I was getting chips. He never asked me what I was getting & didn’t see chips in my hand so I’m wondering where he got that idea from? Or was he just deciding what I am going to do with my money?

Like a previous reviewer stated they will most definitely play on your intelligence & overcharge you!

If you find yourself going to that subway pleaseeee make sure they not getting...

Not my experience but needed to post it. My daughter & granddaughter went to this Subway in the shopping center at Alabama & Stanton Road. My granddaughter wanted it. So, they go inside & standing there looking at the menu. One of the employees asked them were they ready & my daughter told him, they still looking. He said take your time. Comes back a second time & they still can't decide what to get. This man who has no clue, decides to tell my daughter "It's your month, take your time". She was taken back for a moment & asked him did he say what she thought she heard? Now, he don't understand English. We allow people to come into our communities & get to comfortable. If, she would have attacked back with some foreigner reply, then she would be wrong.
