Kayla was amazing to work with! I had asked for her to help design a ring for my engagement and she was quick to respond and very meticulous with the whole process. She was very attentive to all the details and meaning that I wanted the ring to represent as well as helped me to better understand the sourcing of the diamond, design concepts, and really wanted to get to understand the ring in light of my finance and I. She was very fast with the design and we were in constant communication each step of the way. Working with Kayla was an absolute dream! She helped my husband surprise me with a new solitaire diamond (she chose the most beautiful diamond I’ve ever seen!) and after the initial surprise she helped me design my dream wedding band to go with it. I loved how she listened to what style I loved, and designed it around those stylistic elements I gave her. She took great care to listen for exactly what I wanted. For almost 9 years I have wanted to have my grandmother’s ring resized but didn’t know who to take it to. I wanted to support a small business owner and not take my ring to a large corporation where it would just be another piece of jewelry. Kayla did a wonderful job of smoothing the scratches and resizing the nearly 77 year old piece while leaving some of the original flaws that made this “Grandma’s ring.” The personal experience and care given was just what I was hoping for!
