A few relatives and I got together to throw my Mom a surprise party for her 60th birthday. Despite the blaring noise from my biggest critics, I decided to go with this business and wasn't disappointed one bit.

Overall, outstanding service from a team of professionals who are results driven, responsive, courteous, and dedicated to their craft. The "soul" food was GOOD and fulfilling! All feedback has been overwhelmingly positive to the point that even my harshest skeptics have been silent. I have yet to hear one complaint.

Even my mom, sister, and my sister's husband loved the food. Her husband was so impressed that he was interested in knowing about the hands, which prepared everything. Truth be told, the guests ate all the food, leaving NO leftovers. I thought it was delicious and suitable for folks with health conditions.

Then, there’s Stephan who is clearly proficient and possesses unique talents. He quickly and masterfully perfected the setup. He knew where every food item belonged on the table. Everything was neat and looked attractive to eat. Even when presented with challenges, he clearly knew how to quickly, effectively, and creatively problem solve. Not to mention, he was patient and committed to ensuring all my needs were met, which truly made the event a total success. From what I observed, he definitely has a mind that thinks outside the box. And yes, he was on time.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received and feel I got all my money’s worth. It’s clear they understood the assignment and went to work to get the job done! Let me first start off by saying I feel that communication is key and my experience with this company has been atrocious. Customer service is and should always be the goal when operating a business. Zero communication after you receive payment is unacceptable, ignoring request to confirm or verify to put a person's mind at ease should be protocol.

I had too contact this company twice prior for verification and a third time with confirmation and on the day of the event. This company failed to provide the correct services for which payment was rendered in full, this company failed horribly with communications, you do not leave a customer waiting without a simple text, email or phone call, when you have an issue that can and will affect the services for which you were paid. This company made the program delayed by more than an hour our space was booked for a specific amount of time. The inconvenience caused BY toting food through a venue while a celebration is in progress was appalling.

The shrimp tasted days old, the buffalo chicken sliders were absolutely horrible and had to be trashed. The shrimp po boys were cold. Thank God for wingstop, BJ's and a family friend who prepared three side dishes of Mac and Cheese!

This company lacked class and professionalism. When I spend my money with you I except exceptional service. This was a horrific display, the only apology I received was from the driver as he seemed to be the only professional.

update: the only refund offered was delivery fee and for warmers that were not provided but paid for . owner should post what she agreed to refund. nothing for the inconvenience, horrible food or customer...

• She’s flexible. I’ve never ordered from a caterer before. Jaclyn was supportive and patient with me while We worked through modifying the quote and determining the items and services I needed for the event.

• The food is AMAZING! Like I mentioned earlier I’ve never use the camera before. I specifically selected finger food items because of the nature of the event and didn’t have high expectations since this was my first catering experience. I was blown away by the quality and flavor of everything she provided.
