Ive been here for 2 months now for the past 2 months it has truly been a great experience. The management team is responsive and professional—they always handle maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with secure entry and well-lit common areas.
The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a comfortable layout. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer and ample storage space. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere.
The location is another huge plus—close to restaurants, parks, and public transportation, making daily errands and commuting super convenient.

   Read moreI've been living in Matthews memorial for 12 years and this is the worst place and I mean the worst place to reside it was a very beautiful building when I first came in but now we have two elevators one having worked when did the trash rooms is broke so people put their trash in a hole or they take it downstairs put it in the garage where the big rats are running around a lot of people are parking outside now because they're scared to park inside the garage because the rats are getting up under the cars eating up their wires my car was gone for a month and a half because a rat ate up my wires so if you are deciding to move into Matthew's memorial service please make sure you do your reviews before you come because this place...
   Read moreEhhhhh.. like a 7 out of 10, 3.5 but I refuse to round UP. The building has two elevators but one has been down since about March of 2023. People have pets and they pee on the only working elevator. Actually, a resident pisses on the elevator too, but I'll leave that matter alone. The staff are a hit or miss. Mgmt will RUN you down when they need something from you BUT you gotta CHASE them down and legit harrass them when you need something or a service met.... Maintenance issues are mostly done on time and then there's some tickets that they close, but never complete...They do have a great Community Life Coordinator who does a lot to engage with the tenants.
