Stopped by for Sunday brunch and found a super welcoming environment at this family-owned café + restaurant. Lots of space, clean, and pleasant with inviting displays and a loaded menu! Service was quick and friendly. We asked about the art on the walls and apparently it was all made by the family- very cool space whether you stop by for coffee, to study, or to share a meal. On top of that, the owner came around with samples of their mango smoothie (one word: refreshing) & a sweet potato cheesecake (one word: delicious). Their house-made Cucumber Ginger drink was another hit for our table of two. For food we got the chocolate chip pancakes with a side of turkey bacon & a slice of pound cake. Definitely reasonable pricing with options for everyone: there's a plant-based portion and everything is halal. We left filled up and satisfied!

What a wonderful experience. Excellent food, staff and customer service. Such a welcoming, clean and friendly environment. My first visit, I was with a party of 8. We received outstanding customer service. I ordered lemon pound cake to go after my meal and it did not make it out of the Uber...😋I had to circle back for more before heading home as we were in town for a Convention. After my meal, I grabbed a sweet potato pie, snickerdoodle cupcake, Biscoff cookie cupcake and another slice of lemon pound cake to go. All of my desserts were so yummy! Please..please..please support this business! Vegan options are available as well as fresh juices. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped in for pastry and coffee. The Americano was well-made. The apple turnover was just what you’d expect. The dining room was comfortable and quiet. There was a choice of high-top, communal, and loungey chairs. Everything, including the restrooms, was spotlessly clean. I was not presented with a tip option on the payment pad. I ordered at the counter, following a lady who was doing the same. Not sure if there is table-side ordering at the numbered tables. I wish the many pastries on display were labeled. Some are vegan, but you don’t know just by looking.

This is built for novel entertainment!

It is handsome inside. This space presents like the Creme de la Creme!

It reminds me of being on an episode of "Living Single" and when the cast all enjoy a night out at their favorite local lounge amidst the nicely cultured brownstones that line the streets.

The large portrait windows invite in sun, the eclectic artistry, a parade of fancy, modern and sporty cars to admire, and also pedestrian shoppers and diners

It's not bustling like a New York City burrough, but it's still so gorgeous to see.

Ask to tour their event space, and your inspiration will ignite and churn out ideas once you step in and romanticize it with a warm and rich environment.

Call, text, or facetime your favorite Regine, Khadijah, Max, Kyle, Synclair, and Overton for your next rendezvous. You'll spend a Brunch, lunch, and dinner date out on the town at Sweet Tooth Cafe

You will for sure see me there enjoying my faves: vegan brownie, falafel wrap, fruit cobbler, strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 smoothies 😋...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet Tooth Cafe - MLK Avenue

I stopped by the new Sweet Tooth Cafe on MLK Avenue, and I was seriously impressed! The space is warm, stylish, and beautifully designed—modern yet welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they put thought into every detail, from the cozy booths and vibrant art to the layout that gives you space to relax or catch up with friends.

The atmosphere is perfect for a sit-down treat, a quick bite, or even a small celebration. Whether you're solo or with a group, they’ve created a space that feels like a local favorite in the making.

The dessert selection? Absolutely on point. Their cakes and pastries are fresh, flavorful, and visually stunning. If you’ve got a sweet tooth (no pun intended), this place will definitely hit the spot.

Excited to have this gem right in the neighborhood. If you haven’t checked them out yet—make...
