WMATA - Anacostia - Reserved Parking — Local services in Washington

It's a good spot to park and ride the metro - I used it to park and metro/bike. Lots of spots and based on slightly old data I've seen it doesn't really fill up. Not the best area - lock your car, make it appear empty of valuables (or better yet don't leave any valuables). You'll be fine during the day as long you don't do anything stupid.

As of 8/2018, parking is $4.45/day (not sure if it's by day or 24 hour period) and $2 on Saturday, payable by SmarTrip or credit card. It's free on Sundays and federal holidays except for special events. Also apparently free if you leave outside of the hours written on the photo I included in...

Parking is convenient and you can now use the Parkmobile app on the ground level meters. However, there are no elevators at this garage if you park on the upper levels and have luggage or are mildly mobility challenged (not enough to have a disability placard or tags). Well lit parking garage with ample parking spaces and convenient entry to metro. Topside, it isn't next to the main metro entrance you see from the street side. However, there is an entry at one of the ends of the parking facility. Also a less crowded option for kiss and go drop off.
