Nope. We've noticed at least 5 times when using coupons at this location, we'll get some odd sandwiches (wrong bread, untoasted, wrong toppings). We get these to go and don't unwrap them on site to check but it's clear this is deliberate. Our orders are still not small (lots of cookies) but if you're not going to make customers' food properly because of a coupon, get another job.
I've been going to this Subway for a few months and it's the only dining establishment I frequent because the other national/local restaurants either have very poor customer service/food, trite appearance or there's an issue paying (i.e., cash only - it's in an economically-depressed area).
While small, they're just as good as any Subway I've been to (and the cookies, omfg - still fantastic). Any truly noteworthy issues are largely due to asinine customers being demanding or downright ghetto.
PROS: Food quality, mostly friendly (except when certain customers flip their ghetto switch to the "on" position). Accepts cards (I know this may be odd to point but in THIS area, I have to), NFC and QR payments. I believe they also have Wi-Fi. They also have more toppings, beverages and chips than the app/website shows.
CONS: Kind of small; can be hard to understand what the staff is saying; I'd REALLY prefer if those with beards wear a beard net or comparable mask. I observed one customer complaining about handling food after money - however, they complied and changed gloves, etc.
ODDITY: I like getting a foot long Spicy Italian for $5.95 - but then it might go on "sale" for $6.00 as part of a national promotion. Ehhhhh???

Read moreI placed and order on the subway app from this subway location last night on the subway app that I never received.The driver took a picture of the back of my building with no food in site and marked the order as delivered at 6:35p.m. I contacted the store and spoke with a woman who said her name was Ester. I explained to Ester that I ordered food from the subway app for delivery from her store location but didn't receive it and that the driver marked the order as delivered and took a picture of the building with no food in site. I informed Ester that I spoke to door dash and door dash informed me that they didn't have the option to provide a refund because the order was placed on the subway app and to contact the merchant. Ester informed me that because the driver picked up the sandwich subway is no longer responsible and to contact doordash for a refund. I asked Ester for a customer service number for Subway Ester informed me that subway didn't have customer service. I went into the location physically today to re explain the situation after speaking too doordash again and them telling me the same thing, Asking Ester for a refund or the sandwich Ester said subway not responsible even though I ordered through the subway app and she couldn't help me. I left attempted with doordash for help but no luck same results. I called the store Ester answered I asked for the manager Ester informed me the manager was on vacation and would return in 3 weeks. Ester told me the managers name was AJ and if I wanted help I had to come back in 3 weeks to talk to AJ her Manager. Money was taken off card for food I didn't receive. OVERALL poor customer service at this location. Don't waste your money or time. I love eating from Subway but I'll never spend money at this location again. Read moreI WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DIRTY LOCATION. AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told that I couldn't use the restroom until after I not only ordered, but pay for my food as well. I was agitated about it. But I held myself together and waited until I ordered and paid. I couldn't believe that I waited almost 15 minutes to use the restroom and it was HORRIBLE!! TOILET WAS FILLED WITH TOILET PAPER AND FECES TO THE TOP. I ASKED FOR A JANITOR OR FOR SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT BEFORE I USE IT. AND WAS TOLD THAT THER IS NO ONE TO CLEAN IT. I CAN'T BELIEVE I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY JUST TO LOOK AT A DISGUSTING BATHROOM! I demanded for someone to either, clean the restroom, or give me my money back!
