T Nails — Local services in Washington

When I say there is a thin line between love and hate I mean it!!! This nail shop will make you want to slap the chink chong yung out of one of the nail techs but the work is exceptional. They get very busy and deal with all kinda people so I can see maybe y they view us as all the same. Yet do not carry the nasty attitude on to the next customer. I mean they argue with you, refuse,service and more. The weman are very rude and want to tell you what you want is ugly like they are paying for it. They tell you its ugly and the expesive stuff is pretty... If i could find another nail shop in the city that do the design i like wich is (MARBLE) not with water i would. Any suggestions ladies?? I would not recommend this nail shop if you are conservative or classy if so ask for the guy thats there now name liam. I even sometimes cant handle the madness and just have to leave and come back...

So disappointed. Sent my daughter to get her nails done. Zoom in and look at the yellow and red nails. This is how they tried to send her out. Polish everywhere and they look horrible. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was busy and kept referring me back to the guy who jacked her nails up. I asked the manager if she would send her customer out with her nails looking like that and again she referred me back to the guy who jacked her nails up. I was like... really?! Not saying everyone here is piss poor, but this guy did some piss poor service and because the manager was reluctant to fix the issue... WE WILL NEVER RETURN! Look at these nails......

I would not give a star but you have to give something to write a comment. Do not go here if you have any self respect. They are rude and lack in customer service. I assume because the area they are in and the people they serve don't know any better. Wake up ladies!!! You are paying them to service you and they should have clean supplies. I would not let my dog get his paws done there. Have you ladies heard of fungus. The facility is disgusting. The establishment does not have to look that way.
