Hal Norris — Local services in Waskom

On 10-31-24 I contacted Hal Norris about a Commercial Insurance Policy. Hal Norris and Julie called me on the phone every 10-15 minutes asking me to send them a credit card number for the down payment of $634.07. I did not give them a credit card number but I did send them a money order for the $634.07."Two days after they received the money order, they contacted me and said that they could not provide me with the amount of insurance I needed. I then told Hal Norris and Julie Barnes to cancel the policy. When ever I try to reach Hal Norris, Julie would always answer the phone and say that she would give Hal the message. I did reach Hal Norris once and he told me that I would not be given a refund of any of the money that I paid down. On top of all that, some company named TSG is threatening me with collections for $51.07 that they say that I owe. I have a coworker who is having the same problem with Hal Norris and Julie Barnes.
