First off i called his shop before anyone else based on his reviews. When I called to discuss the issue with my 2014 Chevy Silverado transmission issue Cliff answered the phone. He listened to my issues and we made a plan when I could do without it and he could ensure it was done in my timeline. He completed the work on time and as quoted for price. I've been driving it for week now and it operates as new. I feel confident in his work as his transmission shop is the cleanest one I've ever seen inside and out.
