I live around the corner....I heard they were high & put off going....but was very impressed.....I wasnt thrilled with the steak selection...but man the hot & cold premades....excellent....a whole chicken....but seasoned deliciously 8.99....about what you'll pay at big y...a large variety of hot and cold dishes.....they let you sample if your curious....they were friendly and helpful. The produce looked good...the prices are ehhh moderate to maybe a little higher, but for us town plotters....we NEEDED this...the last place there was WAY to high priced & didn't have this kind of selection.....the great service and delicious food will bring me back.

I drove from Torrington to see this new store I hear so many people talking about and it was definitely worth the drive! The store is very clean, and the employees are incredibly polite and helpful. The meat is very fresh, presented nicely and priced more than fair. I had a sandwich made for me (I let him surprise me, so I had no idea what I was going to open up). Let me tell you, this was one of THE BEST sandwiches I have ever eaten and it was very filling, I couldnt even finish it! Yay me, I guess I will have a late night snack! I wanted to try this place cause it's close to my work and I bought this from their hot food and when I got to work there was a piece of a plastic bag in it. At first I thought it was just skin from the chicken but as I started to pull it out clearly it wasn't. This is disgusting and unaccepted. I will not be going back there ever ever again. Thank God I noticed it before...
