EDIT: After reading other reviews of this place this is obviously a recurring thing! Getting overcharged and if you donât say anything they will infect overcharge you doesnât matter how much it is. Same with the discounts too they DONT honor ANYTHING on their website when you go in the store Will never go back to this dispensary ever again, the staff is uneducated in this field, when you ask about a discount or a price they look at you like you have 10 heads, or if you ask a question they think is ridiculous they will just laugh in your face! Iâve been there twice so far, for my first visit it clearly states on their website that first time med patients receive 30% off their first purchase, however when I want in there for my first purchase I did not get the 30% off like their website states, instead they gave me 20% off which is ok but donât advertise that med patients receive 30% off their first purchase and then donât honor it. Second reason I will never go back is I was just in there today, I asked about government assistance and the lady told me that ALL MED PATIENTS RECEIVE 15% off every single day. Cause I get government assistance and wanted to use that but since she said ALL MED PATIENTS AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE 15% off EVERYDAY ALL DAY. Now when I was in there I wanted to purchase a 8th of breakwater flower, on their discount board it stated that breakwater was 5% off, now EVERY OTHER DISPENSARY would apply the 15% off for government assistance but this place only gave me 5% off? So why do this place advertise 15% off for ALL MED PATIENTS, but then only gave me 5% off? This has happened TWICE NOW THAT I DID NOT GET THE DISCOUNT THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE! ABSOLUTELY WORST DISPENSARY IN SOUTH JERSEY BY A LONGN SHOT! Any other dispensary would tell you that you would either get the 5% or the 15% you canât stack it, this place gives you the lowest discount possible and when you ask why youâre not getting the correct discount all they have to say is oh itâs cause you bought a breakwater product.IF THATS THE CASE THEN YOU SHOULD FIX YOUR WEBSITE AND SAY ALL MED PATIENTS GET 15% OFF EVERY DAY EXCEPT WHEN BUYING BREAKWATER! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THIS STUFF ALRRADY COSTS AN ARM AND ALEG TO BUY AND NOW THIS PARTICULAR DISPENSARY IS STEAIGHT UO FALSE ADVERTISING AND NOT HONORING THE DEALS THEY HAVE ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE LAST TIME I GO TO THIS DISPENSARY, NOT JUET CAUSE THEY DONT HONOR THE DISCOUNTS THEY HAVE ON THEIR MAIN WEBSITE BUT ALSO CAUSE EVERY BUDTENDWR IN THERE IS RUDE AND DOESNT GIVE ANY EXPLANATION ON ANYTHING, MED patients are taken advantage of especially when you go in thinking your going to spend a certain amaount and they turn it around on you and donât give you discount.    Read moreThis place was great when it first opened. They were kind, quick, and friendly enough. After rec got added itâs awful. They have consistently treated me as an inconvenience when using their facility because Iâm med. Iâve ordered from their website to arrive after my order was âsuccessfully completedâ to be told they didnât have anything in stock. Iâve been required to wait significant periods while they navigate their ârec lineâ because âmed patients take too longâ despite the fact that med legally gets preference and itâs an active act of discrimination to have me wait. Iâm autistic and rely on routine and understandings that are often not provided. When I order everything online and get to the store and every price is different, youâre lying and committing fraud. The fact that the medial commission hasnât done anything yet is surprising given the blatant disregard for their rules and statutes. Disappointing.

She hovered around the sales person who was explaining the different products to me. they didnât take Apple Pay so I had to go to my car to get cash or card, when I returned, the manager was mouthing something about me to the young woman assisting me. When I asked what was that about she said that she didnât know who I was speaking to on the phone about the products. So what lady thatâs my business. I was speaking to my daughter, trying to make a decision on what to buy for her, I spent $130. The manager had the nerve to loudly say oh Kaitlyn did you get a tip I thought tipping was optional Or if someone provided a service. They should put a sign up, saying for every sale a tip is required. The customer service was awful and I will not be returning.
However, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the follow-up I received. The owner of the business personally called me to apologize for what happened. She was incredibly sincere and clearly very concerned about my experience. She assured me that this is not how she expects her customers to be treated and expressed her genuine disappointment in how the situation was handled.
