Waterford Place — Local services in Waterford

I have been touring assisted living/memory care communities for my dad and Waterford Place is by far my favorite!!! I have been there twice to tour and each time the place was SO clean and every employee and resident I met were smiling and happy to answer any questions I had! I was telling my family members when I was there I felt no sadness at all!!!! I hope my dad can move here one day as I think he would really enjoy it! The memory care side has 19 apartments I think which is perfect compared to other places I have toured! Josie was great to work with! Very professional! Answered any questions I had and was even willing to meet me later one night after work or on a Saturday if needed! I met some other staff members and they all love their jobs there and plan to never leave :) I would give 10 stars if I could!! Very happy with my tour(s) there! Beautiful community...

Waterford Place has proven to be great choice when selecting a new care facility in 2023. After deciding to remove my mom from a highly familiar competitor located in Waukesha county after 20 years of her residing there, proved to be a tough choice, by changing her familiar surroundings, and friends, but now I wish I could have done it sooner. Waterford Place has proven it's self time and time again, the staff is so much more friendly, and willing to help with ANYTHING my mom needs. So much more helpful , knowledgeable and accommodating than the competitor. And the rates were cheaper than the competitor too! Simply the best comes to mind when discussing Waterford...
