If I could give them a zero I would. I got a sub with just meat nothing on it that I ordered online that was supposed to be a garlic cheese steak. The people that work there don't speak English. They gave me the manager's number and I called him and he basically told me to stuff it because it's what I ordered and that's what was on the receipt and he had no control over what I ordered online. He made no effort whatsoever to offer me another sub or to go to the store and have it replaced nothing. He told me that he was going to use my he had my receipt I have my receipt too to show that that's what I ordered and that's what I wanted and that's what I got. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a lifetime restaurant worker I cannot believe the conditions of that store. Not only was that sandwich a problem they obviously don't know how to read and they don't know how to clean The place is filthy and I saw I saw bugs we will never go there again and we threw all other food away, then went to Taco Bell and had dinner. When we ordered the first one which was supposed to be a tuna wrap, the person who made the wrap said that they don’t have wraps anymore. However, on the menu, it said that they were offering them. so we decided to do a flatbread instead. After making the two sandwiches I asked if they had Caesar dressing and instead of answering my question, he started pouring salt, pepper, and oregano on top of the sandwich. Which is fine. It doesn’t bother me that that was added, but it’s not what I requested. I had the hardest time understanding that he said and I think he had a difficult time understanding what I was saying to. I asked if there was soup and he said that they don’t have soup anymore because no one buys it. For some reason that doesn’t surprise me. I ordered a flat bread turkey sandwich. I asked for only the flatbread to be warmed up. The employee put the turkey on it and then started to put it in the oven. After asking nicely several times to heat the bread only, he had to ask another employee in the back room for help. At that point I decided to walk out and go elsewhere.
