I was quite overwhelmed when I started to look for an engagement ring. So many options to look at. Even knowing about the 4 Cs, there are still so many subcategories in those 4 Cs, which can produce thousands and thousands of possible combinations. I went there to have a few wedding gifts engraved (6 flasks & a tiny knife attached to pocket watch). I gave them 3 days notice not knowing I should allow more time, but they totally got it done in 2 days. The pricing for engraving was moderate, but the male clerk went over all of my options and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I did feel a little dumb since I’ve never done any kind of jewelry work other than ring sizing (& he wasn’t the best at making me feel better), but still happy he went over everything thoroughly. I feel bad for the “rushed order,” but am super happy with their work (especially because they do their work in-house).
