I am in love with this store, Ryan was extremely courteous, extremely polite and very respectful and knowledgeable of his products but not pushy or overbearing, (his parents raised him well) he was a delight to talk to and work with..

If you're looking for good quality furniture with a rather large selection of recliners which is what I was in the market for (yes, their prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for, plus, we did our research extensively and found that many if not all of the Madison area furniture box stores with the exception of Lazyboy which their prices where outrageously overpriced cause you're paying for the name, we found that Kecks store was more in line with what the other stores were charging but way more accommodating and they checked off all the boxes of what I was looking for, so much so that we went back the very next day and may our purchase.. I should also add that this store also carries an extensive Amish furniture collection which was surprising and beautiful, a big plus as I will most definitely be making another future purchase..

I would highly recommend shopping at this store as they are a family owned business so supporting local family businesses is also a plus. And yes, Kecks is flexible with the payments which again, I am greatly appreciative of as other stores required a rather large deposit which if you change your mind you don't get that deposit back, as we found with all of the other stores, a major huge turn off, you're talking about losing half the amount of your purchase) - a n d Kecks includes free delivery and set up within a 50 mile radius, another plus that box stores don't offer.!

ALL in all, so far so good, our furniture hasn't arrived yet so again, so stay tuned for the update to include the completed furniture purchasing...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! After a great initial experience with the sales team at Keck, everything has been a trainwreck since. We special ordered an expensive leather sofa and loveseat hoping that the quality would lead to longevity. The pieces were delivered by Will who was our salesperson but he did not inspect the items before dashing out the door. The sofa has a small tear (attached photo) in the leather and each of the pieces has a large spot where the leather is extremely dry and rigid compared to the soft leather we were expecting. For the past 5 weeks we have been trying to get them repaired but the only solution Keck will offer is to pick them up and send them back to the manufacturer to be fixed, meaning we would have at least a month without a sofa and loveseat. I don't think this would work for anyone. After numerous attempts to speak with Will (who we were told is a part-owner), we were working with Sue. She has stopped responding to our emails and offers nothing but excuses on calls. At no point has anything been offered for our inconvenience and dissatisfaction with the expensive furniture. Beware that special order pieces mean that you are stuck with them regardless of condition, unless you can wait for them to be sent back and repaired, then redelivered. We had plans to purchase more furniture from Keck for our new home, but obviously will never work with them again. Save yourself a lot of money and go to a chain furniture store with fair...

Keck furniture was a wonderful experience for me. Initially, we met Ryan in the showroom, he took us around showing us the vast choices in furniture to pick from. He explained the mechanics of many different types of furniture. He helped narrow our choice down by listening to what our family needs were. He gave us ample time alone to try things out again and again. He provided the right amount of attention without being overwhelming. Then Hannah came out to our home to help me decide on fabrics and colors. She listened to me as I mentioned what would work best for our family. She did not disappoint. She was so patient with us during the final choices, it was hard because she put together so many wonderful fabrics and colors. Also, wall hangings and other accessories. Our home is so beautiful with Hannah’s help. I also did my homework with other shops and none compared to the customer service and quality that Keck provided all the way to the delivery!
