I can't give enough praise for Danique Jewelry! First, I received the personalized necklace I ordered in less than one week from the order date - so quick! Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the personalization and when I reached out to Danique to see if it could be fixed, they responded almost immediately willing to help and provided all of the information I needed to send the item back and have MY mistake fixed - This is something they absolutely did not need to do since the item was personalized and it was an error on my end. All they required was for me to pay for the shipping. I sent the necklace back and they fixed it and sent it back the SAME DAY they received it! The whole exchange process took less than a week and they were in communication with me via email the whole time. I received the necklace back today and it's beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Not only did they deliver a beautiful piece of jewelry, but their customer service is truly above and beyond! I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend...

Tried placing an order on this website. The website failed to place the order through their payment provider, it would refresh the page but still post a payment to my account. Tried reaching out to their customer service, instead of acknowledging the technical problem on their website and investigate it (such as searching through logs, checking for failures with the payment provider, fixing the redirection issue, etc) they just gave a generic answer to contact my bank, as if my bank would have any idea on how this website worked. Ultimately had to reverse the transaction with my bank but did not receive any support from the website. The worst rings I've ever gotten. Never had this happen before. With the first ring I received, the crystal was so loose, it completely fell out and one of the prongs was damaged. I shipped it back and received a replacement. Shockingly, the replacement was even worse. The crystal was also loose, plus, there was glue all over, because they literally glued it to the prongs. Also, the crystal was scratched on every corner because they clearly jammed it in and there was a cut on another part. It also had strange particles and not clear. Lastly, the silver band was very visibly scratched all over. Seems like they sent me a used one. Absolutely ridiculous. This was supposed to be a birthday present and that was completely ruined.
