J F K Mall — Local services in Waterville

This is my local Hannafords. I shop here every week. Good set up, improving everyday, some current new renovations in the works. The folks who work here are very helpful and friendly. They seem to genuinely care about your customer experience and also exude pride in what they do and thier store. The rest of this strip mall is good for quick stops, TJ Maxx, JoAnn Fabrics and a Tractor Farm Supply. Also a Steak and Sushi grill. I've not eaten there myself, but I've heard...

Waited over 5 minutes for someone to help. Red light at self-checkout obviously doesn't mean anything to the people who work there. Asked for help from 4 different workers who responded with, "I can't help you but I'll get someone. Cashier even called for someone with no response. Ended up leaving $130.00 worth of groceries and went to Walmart. I hate Walmart but at least if you have red light someone will show up pretty quickly. It'll be a while before I...

I have always liked the Hannaford stores. But this week I learned the buy online and pick up at the store it is the worst. I had a pick up for the wife from here and Wal Mart. One Hannaford charged me for bags, Wal Mart used the ones I had. (There are stores that do not charge for bags at all ) Also once you call you get recordings, on stuff I do not care about. Just want my items. At Wal Mart I got a real person. Wal Mart is kicking Hannaford back side...
