This time I tried Unagi Don and Dragon roll. Unagi Don was really reasonably priced. Both were delicious. We also tried other dishes previous visits. Other observation I want to share is that they put cilantro on udon bowls, so if you are like me and don't like it, you have to make sure to tell them you don't want it. I love their Miso soup. It has a gentle flavor. We got chocolate truffle and pistachio Gelato for dessert. Both visibly wasn't very appealing, but tasted good. I liked the truffle a little more than the pistachio Gelato. Overall, from the few Asian places that I tried in Waterville and Augusta, this one is the best so far. And they have fried ice cream. :)

Had an awesome boat for 2 . The sushi was delicious. The service was fast and friendly . They bought everything you would need to enjoy the full experience of their restaurant. It came with soup or salad. I had traditional tea my husband love his cocktail with his meal and they were right on Top of it. And the boat was prepared right were you could see everything they did.. true a great experience. .today I decided to try the salmon and steak Hibachi it was delicious.

Worse place and the owner (girl) came at me very hostile because I waited for an hour for my meal, steak was raw asked for very well done, my vegetables were frozen and she freaked out. Offered just a gift card because they will get shut down and she wasted food for me. Pointing at the menu. The owner needs some classes or something because her customer service is a negative 100. Do NOT go there if you don't have too!

If I could give a 0, I would. Went in for dinner and immediately let the waitress know that I have a gluten intolerance, as is directed on the menu. I asked if I could safely order the vegetarian trio of sushi, she seemed unsure about the eel sauce and just omitted it without even asking the kitchen. She also admitted to not fully knowing about gluten but assured me all three rolls would be safe (sans the eel sauce), and also checked with the kitchen that the spicy mayo was safe for me.

I then ate my three rolls and after a while started to have symptoms as I do when I eat gluten- including tiredness and eventually nausea. When I asked the waitress about the sweet potato roll, which had a breading, she replied that she forgot all about that and it did contain gluten. She barely uttered a sorry, dropped the bill, and said she’d be back. Meanwhile I was trying to not vomit at the table.

When she came back, myself, my mom, and her all just stared at each other as she was not offering any solution. She rudely said she was busy and needed to know what we wanted to basically get us out of there. I reiterated that I had just eating an intolerant and I was trying not to actively vomit. She said they couldn’t remove it from the bill and that she would have to pay for it out of pocket. It is absolutely disgusting as a business to make employees pay for customer meals instead of comping them. The waitress told us if the manager came over then she would be rude and disrespectful and make us pay anyways. We decided to just pay the bill because this manager seems like a piece of work (and that’s been confirmed by these other reviews).

The waitress did end up apologizing but by that time I was on my way to throw up in their bathroom.

I now see that they don’t ‘do returns’, but when you as a restaurant serve someone an intolerant/allergy after being made aware various times of said allergy/intolerant- that’s a public health risk and you’re responsible. Terrible service and will never be back (for my...

Went to lunch here with three of my friends this afternoon, while I can say the lunch menu offers some awesome specials the service couldn’t be worse. Our waitress came over to our table and initially asked for our drink order, she then proceeded to ring in our drinks (two waters, two root beers) and came back to the table for our food order before filling our drinks. Once she brought our drinks out she began bringing out appetizers, all at different times rather than at once for the whole table. When you go out to eat with friends, it’s nice to be served that meal at the same time and eat together rather than separate times. We asked multiple times for stuff we needed, including forks/dishes for soy sauce, dressings that were supposed to come with the sushi, etc. the entire time the waitress was ignorant and clearly mad about our requests. Towards the end of the meal she brought us the wrong checks as we weren’t paying together, and even returned them to the wrong people after she got our change. My friend gave her a $50 bill for a $20 meal and the waitress didn’t bring her book or change back at all. She waited at our table for us to get our money and checkbooks situated, it’s very rude considering we weren’t ready to give the check books and we had to scurry to get our cash together and hand them over. One of my friends paid with a card, and left a $0 tip because she was leaving cash, little did the server know. After literally hovering over her shoulder and watching what she was writing for a tip, then laughing, the waitress took the book and gave my friend the filthiest look imaginable followed by a very sarcastic “thank you”. Absolutely disgusted with the service, semi satisfied with the food. Won’t...

Friday night I brought some out of town guests to this restaurant. We had eaten there a year ago when the food and atmosphere were great. This time, not so much. The waitresses were obviously very stressed and unhappy. Our waitress ignored requests for water, additional drinks from the bar and boxes at the end of the night. We had to insist on getting water which another waitress brought. One of our party had to go to the kitchen and insist on getting boxes.I would guess that all of the waitresses have resigned by now. The one chef working was covering all of the grills. We understood that it must be difficult. He was enjoyable to watch cooking. The woman behind the bar, who I believe was the manager, didn't appear to be supportive of the waitresses as one waitress complained to another that they were overwhelmed and customers should know that. Nothing was said to her while at the same time I asked for a glass of water twice from the woman I believe was the manager as she washed glasses. I had to insist on getting water. I have never written a poor review on any business but this was the worst service any of us have ever had. None of our party will be returning.

I would like to add an update. I did return to this restaurant after some of my friends said they were eating here. Our experience was totally different from my former experience. The service was wonderful. The servers brought water immediately as well as drinks that were ordered. The servers were welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. I was really happy to see the change in the atmosphere. Kudos to all! You deserve this...
