God afternoon! Years ago when I was knee high to a grasshooper my dad spent at least once a week at Poor Bob's! When I first met bob ,I asked papa " What does he call you ? He replied Billy Why? I stated well very few people call you that,they seem to be friends till the wheels fall off! Paoa laughed,said let's go in .I sked if there were any girl's item,he responded,I suppose you will not know if you do not enter. I looked into Bob's eyes and knew why papa was his friend.While they yakked,I started looking around,As I wanderd into another roompapa called me back,As I walked the ten feet to him and Bob,I informed papa that I was 5 years ,{ Papa I thought was being protective.I had my hands on hips as II informred both of them that I had a whistle around my neck.like big girls do. Bob say to papa Billy I have something you might be interesting in.We went two rooms throw there was the most beautiful vanity set I have ever seen,with a huge bow on it!.They both still have the poker face I asked Bob if he ever got one in like ,please call daddy.Bob and papa oh they played it to a tee... Bob says Billy do you know who this belongs to? I stated, There is a card on it..Bob went into a speel that his eyes were not working well,could I do papa and him a favor,and please read the card.I walked over ,It said TO PAPA MY HODIPOD LOVE PAPA XOXXO ' When I movd to Benton,The place did not appear to be open, then it was!!!!! I walked in,introduced myself to Leann,oh the presensation,hard work,heer gracious with customer is amazing,She does not hover,but if you have a question,she has an answer! I thank you !!! I have been in their 6 times in 2 weeks! will see you tomorrow Leanna,Her mother is so busy, What a gracious .kind family.I never write a reviewI needed to give cerdit where cedit is due!,They have such a varity of item Christmas decorations,furniture,clothes .chins,jewerly,blenders,old tool..I could go on and on..She always says Hello when you walk in the door mentions if are looking for a particular item,,just ask,she will look for you,I have seen her write the item down,and if it comes in she lets you know and ask. .Hugs to you and your mama. . And no hovering!!The hovering is for those that have boundries issues You all know what I mean heehhehehe. ...

Store inside is clean, organized and set up great. My first experience with claiming something online via a photo was not a good one. Claimed a sweatshirt that ended up being very worn and stained for $9.99. When I went to pick it up, I immediately noticed it was pilled, and very worn, however I was hoping to be able to take the pills off. After getting it home I noticed a very large stain (grease) that is permanent due to washing and drying. The picture online did not do it justice as I would have never paid that much for such a used piece of second hand clothing. Will make a nice “work around the house” shirt. I’ll definitely be paying closer attention to future photos if I choose to claim again. Nothing against the ladies who helped me or the business as I think it’s a great option for shopping, just bad luck with a first time buying before...

Nancy is amazing! So sweet down to earth. Always greats you with a smile and a welcome hello. The prices are great! She could charge a lot more for her stuff then what she does. For a person needing cloths on a budget this is your place!! If your selling stuff You have an option. She can call you and tell you to pick it up or you can tell her to donate it. If you donate it She helps out the needy with the cloths. I have seen first hand at her donating cloth that didn’t sell. She always has a sale going. 50% items, $1 items 2 for $1. My husband never worries when I say I’m going to go see Nancy. He knows stuff is a fraction of what it could cost! I can never say enough good things about Nancy. I really can’t.
