Dont shop here. Especially when Edwin is working. He likes to charge for the same item twice. That happened to me and my mother-in-law. She worned me, but i didnt lisen. I went back to the store to return some items i didnt need and to tell him that I have been charge for the same item twice thinking that this store will be like any other stores. Instead, I was shocked to hear such stupid and nonsense excuses of why I should NOT get my money back. Mr. Edwin told me that I HAVE to bring everything I have purchased so that he could see what item was the one I was compleining about. I told him that I had been away and when i returned and checked the receip and notice the extra charge, which i thought was no big deal until I got yell at by Mr. Edwin. The money is not the issue i am writing this. The issue here is this guy who needs to be replace. He is such an ass@?@/$. He is not just rude to customers like myself who spent over $100 on this great store, but to other employees as well. He does not respect women because according to his words "thats not how things are done" I will not return to this store until this thift is fire. And i will tell everyone i know not to shop here either. I just wish the owner of the store reads this and gets rid of this guy who knows nothing about customer service. I saw this really nice jacket for 12.99, but when I went to purchased it, it came up to 49.99. I explain to the lady that all the jackets were under the signed that said 12.99, so she agreed the right thing to do was to give it to me for that price, but then came the manager saying no. I showed him how all the jackets where under that price of 12.99 so the right thing to do was to get it for that price because it was their mistake. He argued with me by saying no that it was a mistake and he took of the signed away and just walked away not letting me finish my argument. I felt he didn't give the respect as a costumer or even a human being, as he left me talking to my self. But this last time we purchased a bed frame the owner forgot to deliver the bed so we had to call him to remind him and address what was going on, he was super rude and unprofessional. He then promised to take the old one with him, he left it on purpose and tried to gaslight us into thinking that wasnât the deal. My mom called super upset and and he then promised to come another day to pick up the old bed and hasnât. He is a great example of a greedy business owner, he got his money and forgets how to treat a customer.
