I myself love to shop at Ross they always have interesting items however today was a little bit different because I was getting up to the register there were two people in front of me there was a man at the register paying for his items as he was paying for his items right after the checkers scanned his jacket and takes off the tag thing he starts to put the jacket on another checker walks up and says to him oh was that scanned already I can just imagine how embarrassed that man was myself and all the people in line behind me where just appalled by her attitude towards him how in the hell is she going to ask him if it was scanned or not like accusing him of stealing when he's standing right in front of the checker she had just scaned the jacket, I'm sure the man was so upset that's why he forgot his card in the machine I ran out to the parking lot and luckily found him and gave him back his card and let him know that that woman was getting reprimanded by three other customers that saw what she did saw and heard what she did so I poked my head in and I said I agree with him the man was telling her that she should have apologized to that man several people agreed, so now all I have to say is Ross needs to have a chit-chat with their employees on how to handle customers and how to...

The shopping center as a whole covers your food and pharmacy needs. It is generally clean and has some pretty cool 'Art' pieces if you happen to look in the parking lot. There is a Burger King and Mountain Mike's Pizza, and a Grocery store which you can pick up a plate of authentic Mexican cuisine. Also you can order catering from the same department and walk to the opposite side of the grocery store and you can pick up excellent baked goodies. The store is usually stocked with great items and the staff is always ready to help out. The prices are very reasonable as well. On the corner is a 7-11 for your fuel and quick snacks and if are a smoker/vaper there is a store for that as well. Need insurance for your vehicle or home there is a couple of places on site and if you want to detail your car or home there are two paint stores for each. And then there is Watsonville Pharmacy possibly the Best Pharmacy in the County. It amazes me how a small pharmacy like that can fully staff and have up to 4 windows of employees helping to keep lines short and fast and then there are Franchises in our town who won't allow more than a pharmacist and 1-2 techs per shift to help ...IF that.
