They have really good ice cream, a bit pricy and they should offer the smaller sizes of milkshakes or mangoneadas for kids. I would have given it 5 stars. The only reason I gave it one star is because SOFIA, who made my mangoneada put the ice cream that was pushed to the side and was a bit runny compared with the other ice cream they were getting it from. I didn't think much of it but until l reached half ways (3 ice cream flavors), the lemon was still hard but the guava was like water. I asked Sofia if she could give me a small cup with a little bit of guava ice cream and she said no, that it's my fault for not eating the ice cream fast enough that it melted. We had been stirring for 10 min. That just proves that it was already runny. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager, and just gave me this look like what are you going to do about it. I asked to speak to the owner or to be put in contact with them and she refused. She ruined this spot for me! If the owner reads this, you have lost a loyal customer and you owe it to your manager and the way she behaved. Our experience here is usually always okay but this last time I went, I was not pleased with the service I received. On Friday, we went to go get some goodies for my family and I had kind of a large order so as I was relying the message to the worker with the curly hair, highlights and glasses, she had so much attitude with me. When I said “I’m sorry I kind of have a big order” she replied with “Well what do you want” instead of reassuring me a big order was okay. She had so much attitude this time around. She already is super dry every time we go which isn’t often so there’s no way it can be chalked up to her ‘having a bad day’. When she completed the order and was charging me I felt like she was rushing me to the point where she shoved my items towards me and the straw from the mangonada touched the plastic divider and all she did was continue to push it towards me. I don’t know if that things clean? I called already to make this complaint but I don’t feel like anything’s gonna be done. stop hiring people who don’t enjoy doing their jobs because now she made me realize I don’t want to go back...

One of the lady’s was assisting us with our order and this other female worker told my husband very rude by the way that the pole was tilting from where we were standing and my husband told her yes im watching it . We didn't mind her telling us it was just The fact of her rude attitude. The other lady who helped us with the order was very nice but this other one bad customer service and very rude.As soon as more people was coming In specially a white complexion couple all of the sudden she was nice to them. Prior to us she called out an elder customer in a rude manner as well... Its like sweetie you live in a hispanic community, sorry. I hope if we ever stop to this ice cream place again that lady doesn’t take our order...
