I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day this year through FTD’s website to be delivered to my wife’s work. The delivery wasn’t made before she left at 5PM so I called FTD customer service. Within 2 minuets I received a phone call from you apologizing for the inconvenience, you asked if there was another location I would like them delivered to and kept in contact with me several times after to keep me updated with the status of the delivery. The delivery came to our home about 4 hours later. The driver was very friendly and professional and again apologized for the inconvenience. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and still is today almost a week later! Considering I ordered that morning about 10 am I was not that disappointed or surprised the delivery was not able to be made to her work. After all it was Valentines Day and I had placed the order late that morning! I was very happy with your persistence to make the delivery that day and the follow through by employees to keep me informed after I called FTD. I’ve had flowers delivered by you through FTD several times in the past and they are always very fresh and beautiful! My wife’s coworkers are always jealous! LOL I highly recommend...

started off bad at first but ended up good.
At first i was somewhat frustrated and a bit worried about my order because when i called they said they would not be able to deliver my order same day.
this is just a suggestion but a family shop knows they are going to be extremely busy on valentines day, their website should not offer same day delivery if they cannot guarantee it.
I had to call back to give them a time the recipient would be at work and they said they could not deliver at that time because they were so busy and their delivery drivers were already out. So i asked to cancel my order and for some reason the call became distorted with no response at all so i hung up. i called back a few minutes later and she said that she would try to deliver the flowers by 2pm since it was only 10am.
i know what i posted comes off as negative but this shop came through with their word and delivered my order before 2...

I have received flowers from here numerous time. Their reasoning this last time was due to me working at the courthouse, they texted me if I was avaliable to receive them. So with the message, I knew to quickly head to security. I received a text shortly afterward to give him 10 minutes. I waited by security for 10minutes. That's the first I've heard that and my coworkers agreed that it was inappropriate to text the person receiving the flowers. All the times myself and my fellow coworkers, it has always been a surprise for us or they give us a call when the flowers arrive. That's what flower deliveries are for.
