The expectation of this new place did not match my experience. The menu options were plenty, however, were out of some options. The food took awhile to come in and unfortunately did not taste great. The azada tacos were good. Mole enchiladas were good and spicy. Azada torta took too long to come in and tasted different than the azada tacos. The beans had a different taste and we're not liked by most at our table. Service was good while place was empty but once other parties showed up it took a hit. I may come again to give it another chance but still...

Such a cozy hidden gem in Waukegan. Wide variety in menu selection and the service is always friendly. I’ve ordered a few times already and I haven’t come across anything I don’t like. I ordered 10 tacos and a gordita and they only gave me 4 salsas for all that food and no limes. The asada had a lot of chewy and fat in it so my kids didn't want to eat it, the gordita only had chicharron on top and on the bottom was only beans..
