TBD. Dropped off my laptop on a Monday, 01/08/18, morning and the President took it.
Update 01/15/18. President had said maybe would start it later that afternoon. 3 plus days later, heard nothing. Tried to leave message and not an option. Sent email. Heard back and just seemed to start it Saturday. Sent an email Saturday and never head back Monday morning. When dropped off the device, he thought it was a virus (doubt it with trend micro, windows defense, etc.) and that sure seemed to be their only focus.
His message stated that they were working 1/2 days, but this was never communicated to me so I could have made a decision of if I wanted to go there in the first place.
Stopped in after work just after 2:00pmCT. Spoke with a woman who did not know. She said he said not to touch it. She said the president was gone. She would have him call me. He called about an hour later when I was back at the hotel. He was not sure, and seemed to have no idea what to do next. I asked for time to think. Drove there and took laptop back. He said he thinks it is not hardware (I said it was not when I dropped it off) I mentioned that at best they did their $21.50 diagnostics. Wanted to pay with debit card. Rude woman and he said 4% fee for processing added to credit card receipt. (I guess they can do this, but who does this as a business? I think that states what the culture is) I said I would stop by with a check. He may be there Wednesday after 6:00pmCT. I get done, maybe at 6:00pmCT. If it does not work on Wednesday, he can wait until Monday. After all, I waited a week for nothing.
Recap. Never started early in week as his message said they were working 1/2 days (never told me that they were doing that when I dropped it off), no communication, or better, very poor and no communication, until I inquired, no ability to leave a message, a week there and was no closer to a resolution. I call all of this as terrible customer service and I believe this was over their ability.
Ask a lot of questions before using this organization.
If I could do zero stars or one half of a star, I would.

Update. Mon. 01/22/18. Stopped by with check for $21.10 bill for a not fixed laptop and picked up a copy of 2 pages, work order and bill to look at, thinking it was my copy it was showing paid. She gave me a snotty attitude / comment about it being her copy. I had to ask the same rude woman for a receipt showing this was paid, twice. She said she would have to print her copy again. (Not my problem) I was given a copy with the register printed information showing this as paid. I should not have to ask for a receipt. Never again with this...
