Update
Went to the Ram/Chrysler version today and let me tell you, these folks went above and beyond and literally showed what service should be about. Not only were they professional, but they listened and worked hard to meet my needs. I ended up purchasing a new used truck from them. The dealer was spectacular and never made me feel out of place. As farm as im concerned whats in the past is in the past and id definitely recommend these guys. They literally earned my business back when i was not necessarily looking to purchase. Thats how busi ess is done. Well done and thank you.
Update** A refund was issued for the allingment charge. So I have upgraded the rating to 2.5 stars, unfortunately i can only give 2 for the review. I do appreciate the refund but can tell you, the 45 years of business and reputation comments do not give you the right to treat people the way you did. I still say consumer beware, id recomment Ewald group for sure as there is no argument and the customer comes first.
TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!
I went in with a vehicle that was pulling to the Left. I suggested that it needed an alignment of which they scheduled me for one. When I picked up the vehicle the sheet they provided me showed that the car was within specifications and thus did NOT need an alignment. However they still charged the $89.95 for an alignment. This really is not the problem here. When I posed the question, and asked why I was being charged for a service that was NOT needed, it was immediately met with argumentative responses and unprofessional behavior. The older gentleman even BET me an alignment that I could not find a dealership who does not charge for an alignment that is not needed. Even shook my hand so sure of himself and very condescending. I already found one, highly recommend them, they are EWALD automotive group and Jason can take care of you, or Holiday Automotive Group Fond du Lac. Neither of them charge the customer for services that are not needed. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money there. Ill await the payment on the unprofessional bet that has been won. To go farther, upon speaking to partial "owners" in the front offices, the argumentativeness continued with every "Owner" over 50 years of age. The younger "Owner" was trying to assist when his Uncle?? became involved. Again getting nowhere, I advised him that based on the car being in SPEC it was most likely a tire pull, and perhaps the tech should have recommended a tire rotation. The argument continued until I finally had enough and left the facility. As I was walking out, frustrated I muttered "clowns" under my breath to which the older "Owner" charged out the door yelling at me in what appeared to be such a confrontational manner that the younger "Owner" had to pull him back in. Spectacular customer service. Mind you the only other experience I had with this dealer was to replace a transmission in a 2015 Chevy Silverado approximately 90 days ago. This experience honestly makes me question their integrity and whether or not I actually needed a new transmission or the dealership just needed money, guess I should have got a second opinion. Bottom line folks, you have options, a lot of them, and in todays economy and market, use other options. Holiday, Bergstrom, Ewald, Summit, anyone but the Holeman group, they just don't seem to be for the customer,...
Read moreMy elderly mother bought a car to suit her needs and was treated with wonderful service by Ben in sales. Very friendly, patient and thorough. This would be a 5 star review if this was our only experience, but unfortunately Steve in Finance was not as professional with his customer service. My sister from MI helped her pick it or earlier in the week. The plan was for me to help her with the pick up on Saturday as I live in Madison and visit my hometown area on Saturdays. I phoned on Friday on behalf of my mother that she changed her mind about the trade in and would need new car license plates. I talked to Steve about this on Friday and on Saturday Ben had never had that message passed on. I then proceeded to tell Steve on the phone Friday I was coming from Madison to pick up the car on Saturday. Steve then proceeded to book a new time (2:00 PM ) even after I gave him my Mom's name and an appointment was already in place for her at 11:00 AM. I then said I guess we have to go with 2:00 (knowing we would have to completely rearrange our day. He then said you are down for 11;00. At that point I was glad the original appointment was in place. I then expressed my frustration I didn't appreciate this misinformation (meaning you didn't have your facts straight) Steve then proceeded to not admit to his mistake and started to debate with me "I didn't give you misinformation." Then I said "thank you sir" in a frustrated tone" and hung up the phone. On Saturday when I went in Steve's office with my mom where she signed the papers and paid for her SUV in full, he seemed to be stand off and did not even greet me or acknowledge my presence. After that was done he pushed two forms of paperwork towards my mom with no explanation of what it was and said "Ben, we are done In here". I had to ask Ben what those two forms of paperwork were and told him Steve said nothing about what they were. Ben then apologized for that and he and another salesperson politely explained one was a form for temporary registration. If a customer cannot express some frustration over the phone without being corrected I am sure going to express it here. Actually Ben's service 5 stars and professional, Steve in...
Read morethe app let me make an appointment on a day they were closed (a monday) had i known they were closed i would have scheduled for the next day (tuesday) but instead i had to wait until thursday to get my car in for service. this would not have been an issue if the car was drivable on the highway but it was not. when i was finally able to get it in for service it took almost 2 weeks (12 days) for my car to be finished and i was not offered any accommodation other than a ride home from the dealer. in the time my car was in for service i had to borrow a car and it put me in a bad spot when we both needed a car at the same time. when i finally got my car back the bumper was sticking out in a certain spot where it was not before i have since fixed this myself because i don't want my car to be out of commission for another 2 weeks but rest assured i will not be taking my car back to this dealer. if i had the option for 0 stars i would...
