Taco Bell — Restaurant in Waupun

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! On 8-30-24 Went to Taco Bell around 11pm after a 16 hour shift, I ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos, and a burrito supreme meal with a root beer and nacho Bell grande meal with a root beer, no tomato no beans, extra meat extra cheese! I had to tell the girl with BIG glasses and big eyelashes 2 times what this order was! After the 3rd time of her still having this simple order wrong she told me to pull ahead! When I got to the window she was Extremely distraught about something, something not good happened in that Taco Bell before me getting there, I kept telling her I had another order to Put through and she said she couldn’t do that right now! When the food came to the window she told me I could go but I still didn’t have my sodas from my meal! My meal was 27.00 and some change . When I got home I called Taco Bell to let them know my order was NOT right at all , the guy on the phone told me to come in when I could to get the meals I ordered the right way! On 9-2-24 I stopped to get the meals I was owed A guy came to the counter with a beard net on Glasses a Taco Bell shirt and pants with car keys in his hand, he approached the counter with a Big Sigh and huff while saying to me and my GF “ what are you doing here”, I ignored that he said that because wasn’t sure why he said this, I explained that I was there to get my food Friday night he said “ yea I know what do you want”?! I started to order and when my gf when to order what she was suppose to get he appeared upset and said “ ARE YOU SURE THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED CUZ ITS ALREADY AT 27.17, and turned the monitor around towards me I asked then why he was so mad, and being so rude he replied “ I am not I am just talking”! My Gf told him he was being very rude and he said “ you both need to leave the store”!! We left with no refund of our food and they refused to make me knew food! always feel like I am bugging whoever is behind the counter. Like they have better things to do than what they are being paid for. Once sat at the front counter for 5 min while one of the girls did side work. waiting for someone to take my order. The other girl looked at me three times and just ignored me.

Even better, used the app to order. It said food was ready. Went in, and they were still making it. So I waited. Then one of the girls working, said in a very rude voice. Can I help you. I said just waiting for my food. She then proceeded to tell me how I needed to let them know I was there. Then tossed my food on the counter.

Rude, they make you feel like you are interrupting them by ordering food. Lots of sighs and eye rolls. Look I am sorry you choose to work in fast food. But that is no way to treat people who come in and pay for food. Sorry your life sucks. Get a new job. Neither one of you should be working with customers.

Your manager has a horrible attitude there was an issue with my food I don't know if I bumped the wrong button somehow but what I selected is not what the computer gave me I was overcharged and then your manager tried to charge me for a completely whole new order when I just wanted one item fixed and more importantly she was just really rude and then at the end I did not say thank you but she was like you're welcome. Just really rude no name tag really rude bad customer service you however do have a young lady working here who's very nice and very sweet I wish that she would have been the one to help me because the manager was just rude she was rude when I told her there was something broken in the bathroom before I even got my food and then she was rude when there was an issue with my food.
